It is reported that Tianming Paper covers an area of 97 mu (about 64,666.67 square meters) with a building area of approximately 28,000 square meters. The company currently employs 205 staff, including more than 68 technical personnel, forming a strong R&D and production team that lays a solid foundation for product quality control and technological innovation. In terms of production capacity and equipment, Tianming Paper has an approved annual production capacity of 54,000 tons of bobbin fibre paper, 5,000 tons of special vegetable parchment paper, and 80 million high-speed spinning paper tubes. It is worth noting that since 2016, in order to optimize its industrial layout and focus on the development of core products, the company has transferred its high-speed spinning paper tube production business to its subsidiary and sold the relevant production equipment. At present, the company focuses on the R&D, production and processing of special vegetable parchment paper and bobbin fibre paper.
The company has a complete production system, including one 3200mm bobbin fibre paper production line, two 1880mm original special vegetable parchment paper production lines, as well as two 1880mm and one 1092mm vegetable parchment paper processing lines. This full-process production layout from raw material processing to finished product output ensures stable and high-quality product supply for the market.
As one of the core products of Tianming Paper, bobbin fibre paper is an indispensable basic supporting material for the textile, chemical fiber and other industries, specially used for making bobbins. Adopting high-quality raw materials and advanced production technology, the company’s bobbin fibre paper has the characteristics of tough and wear-resistant paper, smooth and uniform surface, and excellent water resistance, with a sizing degree of not less than 1.25mm, which can effectively resist edge indentation and meet the needs of lathe processing. It also has good color fastness and can be dyed into different colors according to customer needs, facilitating the distinction of bobbin specifications in textile production. With excellent vertical ring compression performance, it can bear the tension when the yarn is wound, prevent the bobbin from deformation and collapse, and has good glue absorption and high dimensional stability, which is compatible with adhesives and not easy to delaminate or collapse after forming, adapting to the bobbin production needs of cotton spinning, linen spinning, chemical fiber and other fields.
The other core product, special vegetable parchment paper, is favored by the market for its unique product characteristics and wide application scenarios. Made from plant fiber base paper through modification processing, the special vegetable parchment paper has excellent properties of oil resistance, moisture resistance and low air permeability, with tough paper and smooth surface, which can be directly in contact with food and is also suitable for industrial protection, packaging and other scenarios.
